Appointments are required for a medical or dental visit. You may request an appointment by phone or online.
All Covid-19 mandates will be in effect during appointments. Masks are required. If you do not have a mask, then one will be provided.

Appointments required. No walk-ins.
Limited dental exams, x-rays, and extractions are offered to all adults with no dental insurance and whose gross income is under 200% of the federal poverty level. Please bring income documentation to the appointment.
